Welcome to the OMNIDISC
THEATRE Projects Page

A Question of Place is an evening of experimental theatre exploring the theme of homelessness. It features two separate works: a one-man, one-act play by writer John Sullivan and a one-woman, musical piece by composer Albert Glinsky.  Each work examines the theme of homelessness from a different perspective. The play, Too Much, I Say, takes the audience up close into a day-in-the-life of a young homeless man, while the musical piece, Day Walker/Night Wanderer, takes a broader view of the problem.  Both pieces are important for dispelling stereotypes of homeless people, and depicting the variety of educated, enterprising people who have been caught in a situation beyond their control.

A Question of Place has been conceived as a fundraiser for charities which help the homeless and has been constructed to be portable, easily set up, and inexpensive to perform. With a minimum of resources it gives an audience a full evening of theatre and provides a probing look at this condition.
